Measurement guide
Send us your measurements for a ladies’ dress, jacket, trousers or shirt. The fields follow the order sheet our tailors use in the shop.
Before you measure
Measurements taken by a professional tailor are always best. If you measure at home, these notes will help, and our team checks everything with you before cutting.
- Use a soft tape
- A tailor's tape measure, held snug but not tight. Do not pull it in.
- Wear light clothing
- Measure over a shirt or thin layer, not over a jacket or jumper.
- Stand naturally
- Relax your shoulders and breathe normally. Ask someone to help you.
- Note the unit
- Choose centimetres or inches before you begin, and use one unit throughout.
